Job summary

Avalon Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wayne, NJ is seeking a committed Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, with PRN also available, to help residents improve function and comfort in a patient-centered setting.

You will plan and administer treatments, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team of nurses and therapists in a home-like atmosphere that emphasizes compassion and quality care.

Responsibilities

• plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Full- time Physical Therapist Assistant, PRN also available, at Avalon Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wayne, NJ.
