Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver patient-centered physical therapy for adults and seniors in Ohio. You will work with a PT to improve mobility, balance, independence, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and ongoing professional growth within a therapist-driven environment that values mentorship and high-quality care for older adults.

Qualificações

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
