Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence for adults and seniors.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy that enhances movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
