Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adults and seniors through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will work under a PT to improve mobility, safety and independence in an adult/geriatric population within a collaborative clinical setting.

In this role you will deliver hands-on interventions, develop treatment plans, document progress, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes.

Formación

• Licensed PTA in state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a PT to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Educación

Licensed PTA or eligible in state of practice

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice


• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program


• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
