Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a senior campus in Brookfield, WI. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, navigate transitions of care, and practice at the top of your license while supporting independence and quality of life for our residents. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, PTO and sick time, health insurance

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
