Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a senior campus in Brookfield, WI. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered PTA services across multiple levels of care within a collaborative interdisciplinary setting.

Licensed Wisconsin PTA professionals will navigate complex patient presentations, support transitions of care, and contribute to a strong, mission-driven care environment with opportunities for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a PTA.
• Ability to navigate complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services across multiple levels of care within a senior campus.
• Collaborate with therapy and care teams to maintain quality of life for residents.
