Foothills Sports Medicine PT, part of Confluent Health, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Compensation

$29 - $33/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials, up to $1,500 Sign On Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
