Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed or licensure-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant to join Foothills Sports Medicine PT, an affiliate. You will deliver high-quality outpatient care under the oversight of a PT, advance patients toward functional goals, and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture.

We offer a PDP with direct clinical mentorship, fully paid trainings through EIM, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation: $29 - $33/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
