Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for a part-time or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The PTA will provide quality care under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, in accordance with established standards of practice and facility procedures.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in physical therapy, has passed the NPTAE, and holds or is eligible for a PTA license in Minnesota.

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is Recruiting for Part Time or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Job responsibilities will include:

• To provide quality physical therapy care within the PTA scope of practice under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To assist the Physical Therapist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful passage of the National Physical Therapy Assistant Examination (NPTAE).
• Has current PTA license (or is license-eligible) in the state of practice
