Highland Oaks Health Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our newly opened therapy department. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality PT services and develop individualized treatment plans.

This role offers both part-time and full-time options, plus PRN opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits package. You will conduct patient assessments, implement and modify treatment plans, educate patients and families on exercises and

Qualifications

• Graduate with an accredited PTA program and state licensure.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
