Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Certificate as Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Requires detailed knowledge of physical therapy, including what and why work is done; interpretation of data.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient treatment using a variety of therapeutic interventions to support recovery of physical function.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan to deliver age-appropriate, effective care.
• Supports development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation programs addressing physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Promotes patient and caregiver independence by connecting them with appropriate resources and support services.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with interdisciplinary care teams involved in patient treatment.
• Supports discharge planning by working toward goals established at evaluation and throughout the episode of care.
• Advocates for patients to ensure access to appropriate care, services, and resources.
• Provides care across multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and community-based environments.
• Performs other duties as assigned

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on our team, you'll play a vital, hands-on role in helping patients recover strength, mobility, and independence.
