Confluent Health is looking for dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants in Puyallup, WA. Join a supportive team where you can grow and deliver exceptional care.

As a PTA, you will provide high-quality treatments in an outpatient setting, assist patients in achieving their goals, and foster strong patient relationships. Compensation ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, including additional incentives and a sign-on bonus of up to $2500.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice

Compensation: $27 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Up to $2500 Sign on Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
