Colorado In Motion is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Mount Vernon, WA. This PRN coverage position focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

This is a PRN coverage position for our locations in our Northwest region (Bellingham, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley and Mt. Vernon).

RET PT has been caring for our community since 1973, and our team members are dedicated to the following:

• Treating a variety of orthopedic conditions—pre/post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, and more
• Fostering a fun, family-like team culture that values teamwork, learning, and development
• Providing encouragement and support for advanced board certifications (Orthopedics or Sports PT)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

Compensation: $33 - $37/hour
