Alves & Martinez, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Sacramento, CA. You’ll join a clinician-led team that puts patients first and supports your professional growth.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care within the plan of care, assisting with assessments, collaborating with therapists, and facilitating education for patients and families. AGILE EMR usage and mentorship are integral to daily practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible PTA with strong patient-centered focus.
• Demonstrates compassion and builds long-term patient relationships.
• Committed to growth clinically within a supportive team.
• Willing to utilize AGILE EMR and pursue ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Travels to local clinics as needed.

Physical Requirements
