Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Tempe, AZ seeks a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team. You will work alongside 3 experienced PTs, treating a diverse patient population across orthopedics, sports medicine, POETS, dry needling, and an ACL program.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings until 6 pm, competitive hourly pay between $27.00 and $35.00, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment program.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed CAPTE national PTA exam.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality PT services in accordance with PT policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff to support client relations.
• Contribute to ACL program, dry needling, and outpatient services.
• Assist in strengthening orthopedic and sports medicine outcomes.
