Job summary

RET Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will be supported, mentored, and provided with advanced tools to help patients move better, feel better, and live better.

We offer a PDP, paid trainings through Evidence in Motion (EIM), and a path for professional growth, with opportunity for board certification in Orthopedics or Sports PT, plus a strong team culture and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible for licensure in WA.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the PT in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

About:

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
