Job summary

The Mansion at Brigham is looking for full time PTA's to join our dynamic, cutting edge Rehab department.

We offer a $3,000 sign on bonus for full-time staff. The position requires MA licensure and involves performing therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, recording treatments and supporting charting and progress notes.

Qualifications

• MA Licensure is required.
• Experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Physical Therapy treatments as designated by the licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assists the Physical Therapist in determining treatment priorities, identifying goals and selecting appropriate treatment techniques.
• Establishes rapport and maintains professionalism in administering treatment to patients.
• Records patient’s modality treatments daily.
• Documents on CCP, as indicated.
• Assist with chart audits as directed.
• Writes progress notes as appropriate and reviews notes and goals with the Physical Therapist.
