A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver quality therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans, work under supervision, and maintain ethical standards. This role requires effective communication and critical thinking skills, along with a degree in a related field and relevant licensing.
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) delivers quality therapy services to patients by implementing treatment plans to achieve goals that maximize functional outcomes in both inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) settings. The PTA provides care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and actively participates in discharge planning. The PTA is responsible for maintaining professional and ethical standards in accordance with the guidelines of the State of Texas Board of Examiners for Physical Therapy.
Services are provided within an interdisciplinary team framework, involving the patient and their significant others. These services comply with CommonSpirit, St. Joseph's mission, ethical standards, and organizational policies and procedures.
Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

$22.89 - $33.20 per hour
