Pay range: $25-$32/hour

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent healthcare, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Patient treatment, addressing concerns, and education
• Supervising aides during modalities and setup/cleanup
• Re-evaluating progress, revising care plans, and setting goals
• Discharging patients appropriately
• Timely documentation of discharges and progress
• Maintaining productivity levels (55-60 treatments/evaluations weekly)
• Developing treatment protocols for common diagnoses
• Participating in research studies
• Continuing professional development through education and courses

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
