What You'll Do
As a Double Assistant, you'll be matched with multiple clients based on your availability and time zone. You'll support their professional and personal lives with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Typical tasks may include:
- Calendar management, appointment scheduling, conflict resolution
- Inbox management and drafting correspondence
- Travel coordination with detailed itineraries
- Expense tracking, invoicing, and report creation
- Research, document preparation, and presentation support
- Recruiting coordination and database upkeep
- Light social media management and content scheduling
- CRM management and light project coordination
- Acting as liaison across stakeholders
- And more
Personal Support
- Scheduling personal appointments and managing household operations
- Coordinating vendors, staff, and service providers
- Booking travel and planning events
- Procurement, gifts, and philanthropic support
- Logistics management and life admin tasks
- Maintaining confidential records
- Providing a calm, professional presence

Requirements
Desired Skills, Attributes, and Qualifications
We're looking for exceptional assistants with a service-first mindset.
Experience That Counts
- Minimum of 3 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant (C-suite experience is a plus)
- At least 6 months of remote assistant work
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or fast-paced executives
- Previous Independent Contractor experience preferred
Tech Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with project management tools: Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
- Communication platforms: Slack, Zoom, etc.
- CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho
- Expense tools such as QuickBooks or Expensify
- Travel platforms like Concur (a bonus)
- Social media tools like Hootsuite or WordPress (a plus)
- Experience with AI tools? Huge bonus!
Professionalism
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
- Experience managing household staff or domestic operations
- High confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to sign an NDA and pass a background check
- Fully equipped home office with reliable internet, computer, and phone
Contract & Compensation
- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay: $250-$2,500+ per client/month (depending on workload)
- Schedule: Flexible hours aligned with clients' time zones within US business hours
