Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin seeks a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of a growing team and assist treating patients through an individualized plan of care.

You will help implement treatment programs, support patients through all therapy stages, document progress, and maintain ongoing communication with the therapy team and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment with excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of a physical therapist, develop and implement treatment programs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses in charts after visits.
• Provide continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
