Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our growing team. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support individualized care plans and help patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, discuss treatments with patients, record progress in charts after each visit, and maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility

• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
