Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and support patient progress.

You will assist with all phases of therapy, discuss treatment with patients, document responses, and maintain clear communication with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff while operating standard PT equipment.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
