Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient) to support mobility and function in an outpatient clinic. Under a licensed physical therapist, you will guide patients through evidence-based exercises and document progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help restore independence through hands-on interventions and structured home programs.
