Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant to provide services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will follow the plan of care to support safe patient progress and coordinate with the rehabilitation team to ensure continuity of care.

You will document treatments accurately, communicate changes in patient status, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs to promote adherence and progress.
