Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one-on-one in their home environment.

Hours:

Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00

Territory:

This position involves working in the field helping patients in their homes. The office is in Roseville, MN, covering the southeast metro area.

Must-Haves:

• Active Minnesota PTA license in good standing
• Two (2) years of PTA experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and evaluating services as ordered by the physician in the plan of care.
• Assist Physical Therapist in documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress toward goals.
• Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote progress and meet healthcare needs.
