The role emphasizes adherence to state laws and the PT plan of care, with responsibilities across gait training, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.

The candidate will document patient responses, coordinate with the healthcare team, and instruct patients and families within scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Current licensure, registration, or certification to practice physical therapy in the state.
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in diverse home environments and perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Availability for weekend work.
