Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver treatment, guide exercises, and educate patients within the established plan of care in home settings.

You will follow state home health laws, assist with active/passive exercises, observe responses, and coordinate care with the supervising PT, families, and healthcare team, including weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure, registration, or certification in physical therapy assistance for the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, or access to public transit.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings and assist with physical tasks like lifting and transferring.
• Availability for weekend rotations.

Responsibilities
