Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care aiming for good outcomes and satisfaction
• Treat patients, address concerns, and educate on injuries and progress
• Supervise aides for modalities and general duties
• Re-evaluate progress, revise care plans, and set goals
• Determine patient discharge timing
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Maintain productivity of approximately 55-60 treatments and evaluations per week
• Develop protocols for common diagnoses
• Participate in research studies
• Continue professional development through education and courses

Qualifications
