Job Duties

• Assist patients with physical therapy needs
• Provides services within scope of practice and in accordance with plan of care
• Observe/report patient’s response to treatment along with any changes in his/her condition to PT or RN
• Prepare clinical and/or progress notes for each visit
• Guide patient in use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activity for the purpose of improving function
