Job summary

Excel Rehab and Sports, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team in Seneca, SC.

Our care is patient-first and relationship-driven, with clinicians leading the way. You will deliver care per plan, advance patient progress, and collaborate with therapists while benefiting from mentorship, CEU support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
• Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Travels to local clinics as needed.

What Your Day Will Look Like
