Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners' Excel Rehab and Sports clinic in Seneca, SC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-first care.

You’ll deliver care within established plans, collaborate with evaluating therapists, and participate in ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities designed to support clinical and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
