Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide flexible, high-quality rehabilitation support to residents.

The PTA will carry out treatment plans under the Physical Therapist, assist with mobility, safety, transfers, and functional independence, and document progress accurately in the chart.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
