Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehab Center in Glenside, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled rehabilitation under a Physical Therapist’s supervision. You will assist residents with mobility, safety, and independence through individualized therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist with exercises, gait training, transfers, balance activities, and functional mobility.
• Observe resident response to treatment and report progress or concerns.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams.
