Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Fyzical Geneva, IL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic, providing 1-on-1 care under a PT with 10–14 sessions daily to improve mobility.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a potential 4-day option, no weekends, plus competitive pay and benefits, CE support, mentorship, and a collaborative team culture designed for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Illinois (or in the final stages of licensure).
• New graduates welcome; 5+ years a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular or balance therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, 1-on-1 care, 10–14 sessions daily.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment.

Salary:$25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
