Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Spring House, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient care. The role includes 1:1 patient sessions, collaborating with PTs, and delivering evidence-based balance and vestibular therapy under supervision.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm, with competitive hourly pay. Qualified candidates hold PA PTA licensure (or in final stages) and have 1–2 years of outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in PA or in the final stages of licensure.
• 1–2 years of outpatient experience; ability to work independently without a PT in clinic.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, motivated; collaborative mindset.
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Spring House, PA

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour, per year (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Mon-Fri 9:30-6pm

We are an outpatient clinic specializing in personalized care, balance and vestibular therapy, and functional movement, helping patients regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Comfortable working with elderly patient population
• Provide 10-14 patients per day per clinician, 1:1 model
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized plans of care
• Work with patients with neuro, geriatric, Parkinson’s disease
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania (or in the final stages of licensure)
• 1-2 years of experience & the ability to work independently without a PT being in the clinic
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
• Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required)
