FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Marlborough, MA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You’ll provide high-quality treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, carry out individualized care plans, and help patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000–$80,000 per year, a Monday–Friday schedule with a 4-day option, no weekends, a generous PTO plan, comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellbeing strategies.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment.
