Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
• Valid State PTA License (or license in process).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for orthopedic populations
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff
• Support clinical team through documentation and collaboration

Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient (Full Time)

Estero, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Center Hours: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Compensation: Starting at $27+/hr (based on experience)

Additional Incentives: $12,000 bonus and student debt repayment assistance of $200 per month

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Estero. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad orthopedic population, including neuro, sports medicine, pelvic health, fall prevention and hand therapy.

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
• College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)
• CPR Certification
