Diamond Healthcare in East Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work closely with licensed physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and help patients regain mobility.

The ideal candidate has PTA coursework or degree, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families and collaborate with the care

Qualifications

• Previous experience or coursework in physical therapy preferred.
• Familiarity with pediatrics, orthopedics, outpatient settings, or home health is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
