Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care in Columbus, OH. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to deliver individualized therapy plans at our convenient town street location.

New grads welcome. The compensation ranges from $26.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student debt benefit to support your early career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed CAPTE national examination for PTAs.
• Valid state PTA license or in process.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-supervised physical therapy to patients of all ages.
• Deliver high‑quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Maintain patient care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Passed CAPTE national exam for PTAs

Valid State PTA License (or license in process)
