Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Clinton Township Macomb Hospital invites a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will support Physical Therapists to deliver treatments that improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

This role requires an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, Michigan licensure, and CPR certification. You will work in a high-acuity setting, complete FIM exams within 90 days of hire, and collaborate with a dedicated care team

• CPR certification current or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in delivering treatments to improve mobility and relieve pain.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Complete FIM certification exams within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter, achieving a score of at least 80%.
