In our subacute setting, we care for children who require ongoing medical support while striving to improve their functional abilities and quality of life. Join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team and help bring healing and hope to children and their families.
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional care to individuals from birth to 20 years old with medically complex conditions in our subacute facility. This role focuses on maximizing each child's functional mobility, comfort, and participation in daily activities, while integrating therapeutic goals into a holistic care plan. Ideal candidates will have experience in or a strong interest in working with children who have chronic conditions, ventilator dependence, gastrostomy dependence, neuromuscular disorders, or significant developmental delays. Flexible hours (approximately 24 hours per week) with the possibility of extending hours in the future. The PTA will be responsible to the Physical Therapist and the Rehab Supervisor/Director of Rehab.
