Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, split position between Brunswick and Brookfield, MO. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and achieve functional goals in a patient-centered, one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities include applying PT plans, guiding exercises, educating clients on safe techniques, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans created by the PT and lead patients through exercises and mobility activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and devices.
• Monitor and document progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain compliant therapy records and collaborate with the care team.
