Salary Range: $26 - $32 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent healthcare, ensuring good patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Treat patients, address concerns, and educate about injuries, progress, and outcomes.
- Supervise aides during modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, including setup and cleanup.
- Re-evaluate patient progress, revise care plans, and set new goals.
- Determine appropriate discharge timing.
- Document accurately and timely, including discharges and daily notes.
- Maintain productivity, aiming for 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly, depending on referrals and patient types.
- Develop protocols for common diagnoses.
- Participate in clinic-supported research studies.
- Continue professional development through company-sponsored education and approved courses.
Qualifications
- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License
