Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. Working under a supervising physical therapist, you will assist in delivering plans of care and ensuring patients receive skilled, compassionate treatment.

You will document patient responses, discuss progress with the therapist and rehab team, and help implement individualized treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With the physical therapist's guidance, develop and implement treatment programs for each patient.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record their conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
