We Are Hiring

• Department:Physical Therapy
• Schedule: Full-time DAY 40 hrs wkly M-F 8:00-4:30; will also consider alternatives including weekend day if desired by candidate.
• Hospital:Ascension St. Agnes
• Salary: $27.81-$38.76 per hour

What You Will Do

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.

• Provide physical therapy intervention under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Perform therapy intervention utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
• Document treatment intervention given.
• May coordinate activities of physical therapy aide, student and other support personnel.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Associate's degree from an accredited two year program as a physical therapy assistant required.
