Flagship Therapy's Sedona Trace in Austin, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to support rehabilitation for geriatric and post-acute patients under supervision.

Join a stable, in-house therapy team and contribute to evidence-based interventions, ambulation and exercise programs, with opportunities for professional growth and patient-family counseling.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Sedona Trace in Austin, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
