Flagship Therapy in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to support our post-acute rehabilitation program. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative treatments and help patients regain mobility and function.

As part of a values-driven team, you will apply evidence-based techniques, document progress, and educate patients and families. New graduates are welcome to join our in-house, friendly environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• PTA license required.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.

Stonehenge South Jordan in UT is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant license is required
