Confluent Health’s RET Physical Therapy in Lake Stevens and Arlington, WA is seeking a licensed PTA to join a supportive outpatient team. The role offers mentorship, PDP, and paid continuing education to help you grow clinically while delivering high-quality care.

Compensation includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a 4% 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
