• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience in acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, or home & community care preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in hospitals, clinics, outpatient facilities, and home health environments.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
